Its electrodes include various types such as Ti, Pt, Ru-Ir, Ir-Pt, Ru-Pt, Boron-Doped Diamond (BDD), etc. The coating proportion, coating thickness, and the size of the electrodes can be customized as needed to meet the requirements of diverse working conditions.
BSLF's Electrolytic Reaction Units utilize the principles of electrochemistry, matching specific electrode combinations according to different water qualities, to precisely achieve targeted treatment effects such as flocculation, oxidation, and reduction. By optimizing the structural design to increase the reaction area, they enhance current efficiency and reaction effectiveness, and can be widely applied in fields such as industrial wastewater degradation, heavy metal recovery, and drinking water disinfection.

ELECTRO-OXIDATION SYSTEMS

BSLF's Electro-oxidation Systems are electrochemical treatment systems that utilize the strong oxidizing capacity of electrodes to directly or indirectly decompose pollutants. The equipment includes a liquid inlet, circulation system, filtration system (optional), electrolytic reaction unit, exhaust gas outlet, cooling system (optional), power supply, and control system. Among these, the core unit is the electrolytic reaction unit, by matching different electrodes, a variety of treatment effects can be achieved. This system is widely used in the advanced treatment of various industrial wastewaters, such as refractory organic wastewater, high-salt organic wastewater, oily wastewater, and heavy metal-containing wastewater.
BSLF's Electro-oxidation Systems are divided into two types: internal circulation type and external circulation type. The internal circulation type features a compact structure, while the external circulation type is small in size.
