MEDIA FILTRATION SYSTEMS

Media as the Core, Making Purification More Efficient and Stable

BSLF's Media Filtration Systems are fluid purification equipment that purifies fluids by filling specific filter media (single layer enables effective reduction of impurities, multi-layer achieves synergistic purification). Through the adsorption, interception and precipitation effects of the media, they reduce the content of suspended solids, colloids, organic matter and other impurities in fluids. Featuring simple structure and controllable cost, they are widely used in water treatment, industrial fluid purification and other fields.

In addition to conventional filter media (such as quartz sand, activated carbon, manganese sand), BSLF's Media Filtration Systems have adopted German WATCHWATER media since 2011, including SP3, Katalox-Light, Zeosorb, Ferrolox, etc., which can be used to treat various water quality problems such as ammonia nitrogen, phosphorus, heavy metals, hardness and color.

Based on the raw water quality, treatment capacity, and target water quality requirements, we provide full-process customized services ranging from media selection and equipment specifications to intelligent control.

BSLF’s Automatic Self-Cleaning Filtration Systems feature core filter nets made of gap-type stainless steel materials. They are efficient filtration systems with the core functions of "online automatic cleaning and non-stop operation". Through the internal filter nets, cleaning mechanisms and intelligent control systems, they can automatically filter and clean suspended solids and impurities in the water bodies, without the need for manual disassembly and cleaning. They are widely used in water treatment scenarios in multiple fields such as municipal, industrial, agricultural, and new energy.
